Entry-Level Cable Technician Opportunity

What You’ll Learn & Do- Pull, route, and label network cabling (Cat5e/Cat6)
- Assist with cable installations in a data center environment
- Help terminate cables and patch panels
- Support cable testing and troubleshooting activities
- Learn industry-standard installation practices
- Assist with fiber optic cable handling and organization
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work alongside experienced technicians and project leads
- Interest and expereince in telecommunications, low voltage, or construction,
- Basic experience using hand tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills
- Large-scale Data Center Project

1st Shift
7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
2nd Shift
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Candidates with flexibility to work either shift are preferred.
Physical Requirements- Ability to work on ladders and at varying heights
- Comfortable working in construction and data center environments
- Ability to lift and carry materials when needed
- Must be able to distinguish cable colors and read labels

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveport, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
