Immediate Opportunities:
Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers
- Average $96,000 annually
- $10,000 retention bonus
- 1 to 2 layovers per week
- Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- Dispatch times will vary depending on route selected, typically midnight to 6 AM
- Drivers can expect to be away from home 2 to 3 days per week
- Late‑model, Penske‑maintained trucks

- Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑excepted interstate DOT medical card required
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency required to comply with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
- Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
- This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required
- Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others
- Physical and mental demands include frequent movement, standing, walking, sitting, using hands, handling, and reaching; must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg)
- Must be able to see and hear; specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area
