Shuttle Driver
Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel, hospital, casino, and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices. Assists guests with luggage, maintains vehicle activity and maintenance logs, and ensures a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Shuttle guests to approved destinations and pick‑up points, and memorize pick‑up and destination points.
- Maintain knowledge of all property outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, main attractions, parking rates, etc.
- Communicate by telephone, two‑way radio, and in person in a courteous, friendly and professional manner with all guests, location staff and co‑workers.
- Inspect vehicle condition at the beginning of each shift, record any malfunctions or damage, and submit to manager.
- Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements and maintain the security of client financial and identifying information.
- Assist guests, especially those using wheelchairs or other specialized equipment, with entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Shuttles guests (40%)

- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 21 years of age and must maintain a valid driver’s license at all times.
- Must pass criminal background, MVR and drug screen; annual/semiannual MVR check required.
- Complete Wheelchair Safety Training course as applicable.
- Manual transmission driving experience required.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking standard English.
- Basic math skills for handling money and time calculations.

- May experience extreme heat and cold weather.
- Requires regular talking, hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Travel of up to 5% of the time may be required.
