- Experience using WMS or inventory management systems is a plus.

- Utilize WMS to audit delivery routes and shipment details.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve shipping or routing discrepancies.
- Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads accurately and on time.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound driver activity with warehouse dock teams.
- Receive and dispatch drivers in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is complete and organized.
- Support general clerical, office, and warehouse operations as needed.
