Forklift Operator – LTL – Groveport, OH – 3rd Shift (Wed–Sat 7pm–5:30am)

This is a Safety Sensitive Role

Responsible for moving products throughout the warehouse using various material handling equipment. Requires licensed forklift operation and adherence to local safety regulations. Typically involves manual handling responsibilities.

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Pick, pack, scan, kit, count products and other applicable duties.
• Ensure timeliness, packaging, and system accuracy.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, complying with TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be forklift certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, and bounding/shrink‑wrap materials.
• Experience using an RF scan gun.
• Preferred: previous forklift certifications.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Strong reading and comprehension of work instructions.
• Team player with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted.
• Fluent in spoken, read, and written English.

Requires standing and walking for extended periods, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and lifting objects above the head. Must lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

Note:

The stated salary is the anticipated starting range. The Company may adjust the range based on market conditions and other factors. Final salary will be discussed during hiring.
