Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and distribution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $21.12

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing parts to ensure accuracy and prevent damage
• Physically and systematically placing inbound freight, with flexibility for process deviations
• Reporting product discrepancies, variances, and damages promptly
• Conducting searches to locate misclassified inventory
• Operating equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and stock chasers safely and efficiently

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant warehouse or forklift operation experience
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow all safety requirements and procedures
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
