No more than 3 jobs in 3 years (includes CDL-A and non CDL-A jobs)

CPM: $.64

Weekly avg: $1400 - $1600

Violating State or local law relating to motor vehicle traffic control (other than a parking violation) arising in connection with a fatal accident

Driving a CMV without a CDL or CLP

Driving a CMV without the proper class of CLP or CDL and/or endorsements for the specific vehicle group being operated or for the passengers or type of cargo being transported

Violations concerning railroad crossings while driving a CMV

No speeding 15 mph or more over posted speed limit in the last year in any vehicle. If only 6 months experience - no accidents in any vehicle allowed

Number of jobs: no more than 4 in the past 3 years

No terminations for safety in the last year

No terminations for late deliveries ever

No multiple license suspensions, downgrades, withdrawals in the last 3 years

No SAP drivers on this account
