Forklift Operator

FORKLIFT OPERATOR - GROVEPORT, OH

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Groveport, Ohio. This individual will be responsible for operating EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack), stand-up forklift, and reach truck, using RF scanners to pick, pack, and verify orders with a strong focus on accuracy, and performing order picking, staging, and shipping in a timely manner.

• Starting at $18.50/hour

• Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Located in Groveport, Ohio

• Operate EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack), stand-up forklift, and reach truck (certification required)
• Use RF scanners to pick, pack, and verify orders with a strong focus on accuracy
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming medical supplies and equipment
• Perform order picking, staging, and shipping in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Ensure proper storage and handling of healthcare products
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and healthcare compliance standards
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid forklift certification (EPJ, stand-up, reach truck required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience (healthcare or medical supply preferred)
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
