RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is a growing powerhouse in the Trucking Industry. Founded over 31 years ago, RSS has grown a workforce of nearly 400 team members. With a strong presence in more than 15 states, we are now seeking candidates to join our expanding team in the Groveport, OH area.

The Yard Driver is responsible for moving 53 ft. semi-trailers safely within the warehouse. This includes navigating tight spaces, moving trailers in and out of loading docks and parking spots. The ideal candidate would possess a high level of special awareness, be proficient in operating tractor trailers, and always prioritize safety.

• Saturday-Monday: 5:30AM-5:30PM.

• Primary tasks will be basic yard tractor operations, dropping and pulling trailers in dock doors and parking them onsite.
• Safely maneuver and back semi-trailers.
• Safely enter/exit semi-trailer multiple times an hour, place and remove wheel chocks, lift and open doors.
• Follow safety procedures.
• OT after 40 hours at paid time and half.
• Home Daily-never leave the yard!
• No loading/unloading merchandise.
• Truck driving preferred but not required.
• Paid holidays and vacation.
• 401(k) with company contribution.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Criminal background check.
• Must have CDL-A
