Move vehicles, trailers and freight between dock, yard, and loading areas to assist with loading, unloading, and yard utilization in a safe and efficient manner;
Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times;
Manage loading and unloading freight by hand or by using manual equipment such as hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift;
Verify and note the count and condition of cargo received and record receipts in appropriate forms/log books;
Shuttle empty and full trailers within dock area and parking lots
