Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)*
* ** Salary: $72,000-$82,000K + Bonus Opportunity*
* ** What's a typical day as a Distribution Center Supervisor? You'll be:*
* + Leading and supervising warehouse associates in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center

+ Driving productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance metrics

+ Coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable to expectations and standards

+ Monitoring daily workflow and adjusting staffing to meet business demands

+ Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions

+ Partnering with leadership to achieve operational goals and meet customer requirements

+ Conducting employee training, performance discussions, and corrective actions as needed

+ Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

+ Fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment (required)

+ Can demonstrate a proven track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams

+ Possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

+ Have experience managing productivity, attendance, quality, and performance expectations

+ Are comfortable using warehouse management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications

+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities

+ Have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence
