The Warehouse Lead Worker is responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and product, preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, and performing inventory and quality controls. The role may also involve oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the warehouse operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Hourly rate: $22.50 to $23.00. This reflects Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Receive products and merchandise, check for quality and damage, and store delivered products appropriately.
• Perform transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse.
• Process requests for supplies, prepare merchandise for delivery, and prepare packages for shipping according to established procedures.
• Schedule and assign daily work assignments to a team and oversee completion of tasks.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform physical inventory as needed.
• Ensure security of company assets.

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience in a supervisor or related role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking, standing, and may require uniforms and/or use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
