2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $22.12

** Shift:
** 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Picking and packing parts with accuracy to ensure quality and prevent damage

+ Physically and systematically placing inbound freight, with flexibility for process deviations

+ Reporting product discrepancies, variances, and damages promptly to supervisors

+ Conducting searches to locate misclassified inventory and resolve issues efficiently

+ Operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and stock chasers safely and effectively

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related fields

+ Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical warehouse equipment

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to follow all safety protocols and procedures

+ Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
