Distribution Material Flow Coordinator

Distribution Material Flow Coordinator — Groveport, OH (42125) Are you the person people count on to keep product moving? Do you thrive where precision, pace, and teamwork meet? This role places you at the center of inbound, inventory, and outbound workflows to ensure every order is right and on time.

What you’ll do Imagine starting your shift by confirming scheduled deliveries. You check in materials, log them correctly, and position them for storage. Next, you navigate the aisles by forklift to replenish stock, pick orders, and stage shipments. Throughout the day, you assist with cycle counts, communicate with teammates to remove roadblocks, and keep your area clean and safe. As new hires join, you share your knowledge so they can succeed.

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for timely dispatch.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and productively.
• Keep inventory data current; contribute to routine cycle counts.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve on-time, accurate fulfillment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace.
• Support training of new team members on handling and workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in material handling or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of inventory systems; basic computer capability.
• Forklift experience; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communicator with a positive attitude.
• Physically able to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks.

• Shipping/Receiving proficiency
• Warehouse experience
• Material handling (including heavy items)
• Forklift licensed or certification preferred
• High School / GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
