Lead General Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

Warehouse Associate/Team Lead in Groveport, OH 43125.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 4:30AM – 1PM. Type:
Full‑time, non‑exempt. Starting wage: $20.50 per hour.

• Coaches and trains warehouse associates on duties, including material handling equipment.
• Coordinates and prioritizes work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Operates material handling equipment for loading, unloading, picking, stocking, and staging inventory.
• Ensures smooth operation of all warehousing functions and escalates issues to management.
• Verifies and enters product and shipment data into the inventory management system.
• Maintains clean, safe work areas in accordance with company safety policies.
• Completes required paperwork during shifts.
• Serves as back‑up for all warehousing functions.
• Trains, delegates tasks, and reviews work of junior associates.

• Must be 18+ years of age, able to pass a drug test, and able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be physically able to walk, move, push, and pull product throughout the day.
• Willingness to train and operate electric pallet jack and forklifts.
• Preferred: 3+ years in a distribution center with multiple departments.
• Preferred:
  Experience operating material‑handling equipment.
• Preferred:
  Prior leadership or mentorship role.
