Customer Processor Associates (Warehouse)

We are seeking experienced associates with strong customer service skills for a senior-level, warehouse-based role. This position requires significant data entry to process units across multiple systems, as well as hands-on material handling.

• Perform data entry and process units in multiple internal systems
• Handle material movement, including receiving, packing, and shipping parts
• Perform general warehouse functions and inventory tasks
• Communicate professionally with vendors and carriers
• Set up Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and schedule carrier pickups
• Complete other tasks as delegated by management or supervision

• Prior customer service experience is required
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and handle physical tasks
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with vendor/carrier relations and logistics is a plus

Additional Notes:
While the role is customer service-oriented, the majority of duties are warehouse-based and involve physical material handling.
