About this TeamThe Global Distribution teams are part of our larger Supply Chain organization. This team ensures that products reach guests through our retail stores, ecommerce, and other channels.
Day in the Life- Assigned to a home department but may support other distribution center departments such as value‑added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory.
- Picks, packs, processes, and ships orders in a timely and accurate manner as directed by leadership.
- Performs loading, unloading, order picking, sorting, and stocking tasks.
- Maneuvers carts, boxes, and equipment safely and efficiently throughout the distribution center.
- Operates and maintains various warehouse tools and equipment, including handheld scanners, devices, inventory management systems, and automated machinery.
- Meets or exceeds productivity targets (units or orders per hour) and takes personal responsibility for daily metrics and performance.
- Understands and follows safety guidelines, actively identifying, reporting, and helping to resolve hazards.
- Reports malfunctions and issues to the appropriate parties promptly.
- Adheres to all company policies, including attendance, distribution center guidelines, and standards of conduct.
- May be required to support or train peers, ensuring team success and knowledge sharing.
- Actively participates in training, team‑building activities, meetings, and personal development initiatives.
- May perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs and operational efficiency.
- Lifts items weighing up to 50 lb independently and occasionally more with assistance.
- Stands/walks for the entirety of scheduled shift hours.
- Comfortable with routine activities that include standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, stair use, crouching, bending, reaching, and stooping.
- May work at heights or in confined spaces while following all safety protocols.
- Comfortable with temperature variations within the facility.
- Tolerates variable noise levels.
- Learns and uses in‑house software applications and third‑party technologies.
- Uses Microsoft Applications for basic data entry and communication.
- Shows flexibility to support operational requirements outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
- Meets the physical demands necessary for daily warehouse functions.
- Understands, speaks, and reads English proficiently; bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Typical Hiring Range: $19.75 – $21.95 per hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).
Target Bonus: 5%.
Total Target Base Pay Range: $20.74 – $23.05 per hour.
Additional Shift Premiums: $1.00 – $1.00, depending on location.
