We are seeking a Forklift Operator with LTL experience in Groveport, OH. 3rd shift, 4/10s, Wednesday‑Saturday 7 pm‑5:30 am. Weekend availability is required. Possible overtime.

Role focuses on the movement of products throughout the warehouse using various types of material handling equipment. The position requires skills and experience to operate manual handling equipment in accordance with local legislation and to hold an externally accredited qualification or license.

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Perform material handling tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products, and other related duties.
• Ensure timeliness, accurate packaging, and system work.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment in compliance with TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be forklift certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred—1 year experience.
• Ability to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink‑wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun required.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends.
• Strong reading and comprehension of work instructions.
• Ability to work well with others with little supervision.
• High attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted.
• Speak, read, and write in English.

Standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and lifting objects above head. Must regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs. unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

$22.00 per hour

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
