General Warehouse Associate

Position Location and Schedule

Groveport, OH 43125.

Monday‑Friday, 4:30am‑1:00pm (overtime as needed).

Full‑time, Non‑Exempt.

Pay Range: $18.50‑$21.25 per hour.

• 18+ years of age
• Able to pass a drug test
• Can lift, walk, move, push, and pull up to 50lbs throughout the day
• Willingness to be trained to operate order/cherry picker, reach, clamp or similar equipment

• Previous experience in receiving, put‑away, shipping, or order processing
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as order/cherry picker, reach, or clamp
• Ability to understand written material

Work in multiple departments within a distribution center—case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.

• Use material handling equipment to locate and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.
• Use packing list information to collect items for customer orders, including building and wrapping pallets of products.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects and notify management of inventory issues.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintain a clean working environment in accordance with company safety policies.
• Perform inventory control functions as needed.

• HS diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., 10‑key, calculator).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 60+ minutes, and make repetitive movements (bending, squatting).
• No travel required.

Comfortable environment with exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Requires physical activity and safe handling of materials.
