We are seeking a reliable and experienced equipment operator to join our team in Groveport, Ohio. The ideal candidate will operate reach trucks to efficiently and safely handle warehouse products, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate inventory management. This is a great opportunity to work in a temperature-controlled, team-oriented environment with steady weekday hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating reach trucks to place and retrieve products safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Receiving incoming freight, inspecting shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Sorting, storing, and organizing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Using RF scanners to perform ticketing and accurately count inventory.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse, including operating the compactor to break down product waste.
• Flexibly supporting various warehouse cells and assisting team members as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must wear steel-toed boots and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
