Inventory Clerk

Xpedient Logistics seeks an Inventory Clerk to support our Inventory Management department in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse. This role maintains accurate stock records using WMS, performs cycle counts, reconciles variances, and supports receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. You'll coordinate with operations and customer service to resolve discrepancies, meet tight client deadlines, and uphold safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and a service-first mindset, with opportunities to grow in logistics and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS and spreadsheets
• Perform regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations
• Receive, label, and store inbound goods according to warehouse procedures
• Pick, stage, and verify outbound orders to support on-time shipping
• Coordinate with operations and customer service to resolve inventory issues
• Assist with root-cause analysis and process improvements for inventory accuracy
• Follow all safety, quality, and security procedures in the warehouse
• Prepare basic inventory reports and update status for internal stakeholders
