• Active and unrestricted LPN license
• CPR certification
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based healthcare preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach when dealing with children, parents, and school staff
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and uphold confidentiality
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Deliver routine and emergency health care to students in accordance with school policies
• Administer daily medications and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct health screenings and monitor chronic health conditions
• Provide first aid and intervene in medical crises
• Educate students and staff regarding health practices, hygiene, and disease prevention
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student health issues as needed
• Work with school administration to ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all
