Expository, text-driven preaching that explains Scripture faithfully, communicates clearly, applies truth pastorally, and demonstrates theological depth.
Able to lead staff, work within an elder-led structure, develop leaders, manage change, and provide vision without becoming authoritarian.
Demonstrated character, healthy marriage/family life where applicable, humility, emotional maturity, financial integrity, and sustainable ministry habits.
Someone who can appreciate the history of FBC Groves while leading the church into its next chapter- not merely preserving the past or unnecessarily dismantling it.
