Onsite Position
- Drive improvement projects that positively impact Safety, Quality, Cost, and Efficiency, with strong Natural Work Group and operator engagement
- Support the implementation of new products and manage ECN/CI change control for current production
- Research, initiate, and execute safety and ergonomic improvement activities and projects
- Rigorously execute assembly process audits
- Lead the analysis, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies aligned with the Smart Connected Factory strategy
- Experience developing and deploying operator work instructions
- Experience with process development, tooling design, fixture, and workstation layout
- Experience with bill of materials (BOM) structure, build papers, and ECN process execution
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with John Deere–specific manufacturing software, including: JDAAT (John Deere Assembly Assist Tool) and MPP (Manufacturing Process Planner)
- Experience implementing changes in a production environment through negotiation and conflict resolution
- Experience with SAP, PDM, Creo, and AutoCAD
- Experience with line design, DLBT, time studies, line balancing, and cost/pay structure
- Capital project experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology discipline or equivalent related work experience
