Overview
TRIGO is currently looking for a full‑time Post‑Assembly Repair Technician to join our Grovetown, Georgia team! The pay range is $23.00–$27.00 per hour and shift hours are 6am–2:30pm.
PurposeThe Post‑Assembly Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing defects or non‑conformances in completed agricultural tractor assemblies. This role ensures all diagnostics and repairs are completed on time and in accordance with customer delivery expectations. Work is performed in a factory environment and requires collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities(To include but not limited to the following)
Customer Relationship & Business Development- Build strong working relationships with engineers, suppliers, production teams, and customer representatives.
- Maintain detailed records of labor, parts, and repairs.
- Participate in discussions and meetings regarding material rework methods.
- Ensure 5S principles are followed within the work area.
- Collaborate with the customer quality team to investigate issues and provide data for root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to collect data and resolve quality concerns.
- Review work orders and consult with clients, peers, and supervisors as needed.
- Advise customers on work performed, current status of repair, vehicle condition, and future repair needs.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failure modes in engines, axles, and vehicle systems.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble agricultural tractors and related equipment.
- Perform post‑repair testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and proper function.
- Inspect, sort, and rework components using appropriate measuring tools and inspection techniques.
- Test electrical components and wiring using soldering tools and meters.
- Any other duties as assigned.

- Proficient with basic computer software (MS Office, SharePoint; SAP experience preferred).

- 2+ years of relevant experience in mechanical repair or manufacturing environments.
- Basic knowledge of materials, production processes, and quality systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Technology or related field preferred.
