The Post-Assembly Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing defects or non-conformances in completed agricultural tractor assemblies. This role ensures all diagnostics and repairs are completed on time and in accordance with customer delivery expectations. Work is performed in a factory environment and requires collaboration with multiple departments.
Responsibilities Customer Relationship and Business DevelopmentBuild strong working relationships with engineers, suppliers, production teams, and customer representatives.
OperationsMaintain detailed records of labor, parts, and repairs.
Participate in discussions and meetings regarding material rework methods.
Ensure 5S principles are followed within work area.
Collaborate with the customer quality team to investigate issues and provide data for root cause analysis.
