Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC is seeking a dedicated assembler to build mattresses on a fast-paced production line. You will use pneumatic tools (c-ring hog-ring guns, staple guns, hot glue guns) to assemble HMB units and apply upholstery layers, following established work instructions.
Co-workers must inspect components for flaws, follow safety procedures, and participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives in a high-noise plant with heavy lifting requirements.
