What You'll Do:

• Cut top panel material for box spring covers and panel material per established work instructions according to production schedule using a hand-held electric knife.
• Cut foam, mattress and box spring panels to a desired size as needed.
• Assemble the cover and the required foam that is on the panel cart.
• Measure and cut multiple layers of material according to specifications and to minimize scrap.
• Measure and inspect finished pieces.
• Lift, carry, move/push cart, and place various materials and components in appropriate areas and/or workstations.
• Organize and/or stock raw materials in the work area, follow departmental housekeeping requirements, and leave the work environment and equipment clean at the end of shift.

How You'll Do It:

• Use of pneumatic tools and hand tools

What You'll Bring:

• Basic ability to read, write and understand English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent GED
• Prior experience in sewing/textile industry
