- Wear all PPE required
- Follow all Safety guidelines
- Keeps area neat, clean, and safe
- Secure and rope off pouring floor prior to pouring
- Able to work any scheduled hours
- Able to follow and understand work instructions
- Able to read a tape measure
- Able to follow and understand SOPs
- Able to set up and sand in molds
- Able to bolt up closed molds and understand bolting requirements
- Able to inspect molds with a borescope camera
- Able to set and pull mold weights
- Able to understand and verify riser height
- Operates overhead crane, skid steer, forklift, and dump trucks
