Registered Nurses provide quality nursing services by working with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care while creating a positive, supportive environment. The RN serves as the frontline representative of the patient care team and acts as the intermediary between patients, families, providers, and other care team members.

Patient Care and Care Coordination

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions.
• Assist with the care plan and take appropriate actions to promote short- and long-term outcomes.
• Deliver care plans, applying independent judgment where appropriate.
• Collaborate and communicate patient care plans with other staff.
• Prioritize and coordinate optimal daily patient flow and patient experience.
• Deliver safe and effective care according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of patient assessment, changes, care delivered, education provided, and incidents or exceptions.

Patient Advocacy and Satisfaction

• Listen to concerns, probe in‑depth to understand needs, and respond promptly.
• Serve as an educational resource for patients and families on health‑related issues.
• Communicate necessary patient information to families, licensed providers, and staff.
• Prioritize actions based on patient needs and provide input into the plan of care.
• Report pertinent information to appropriate individuals while maintaining confidentiality.

Performance Improvement

• Seek opportunities to improve work environment and processes.
• Contribute ideas to identify solutions and support change implementation.
• Support improvement initiatives aligned with better patient quality outcomes, satisfaction, staff satisfaction, and financial performance.

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
