• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care to optimize outcomes; maintain accurate documentation; advocate for patients and communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, contribute to a positive work environment, and participate in shared governance activities. Foster professional growth through ongoing education, mentorship, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred. Current licensure as an RN with certifications in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent). Must meet all certification requirements upon hire.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, clinical judgment, teamwork, and leadership abilities. Committed to patient-centered care, safety, and continuous improvement.
