Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a supportive and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold professional standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and safety protocols.
- Support Shared Governance through involvement in councils or activities.
- Develop and mentor others within the team.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nursing License (Georgia or multi-state compact).
- One year of relevant experience.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required in specific units.
