Registered Nurse - Adult Operating Room

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and care providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and providing education.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes and flow.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses and pursue ongoing development.

• Associate or Bachelor s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license and certifications including BLS.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and quality improvement.
