Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in our Home Health program at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. The LPN works under RN supervision and participates in call rotation and weekend visits.
You will deliver age-appropriate care, coordinate with the care team, educate patients and families, and participate in staff development. Part-time days, 24 hours/week; supportive environment with opportunities for continuing education.
