Role Overview

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in collaboration with the care team. They serve as a key link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care. The nurse participates in performance improvement initiatives, maintains professional competence, and supports shared governance activities.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Maintain professional licenses and certifications, engage in ongoing development, and stay current with industry best practices.
