Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; monitor patient conditions; deliver safe, effective treatments; advocate for patients and communicate with families and staff; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support Shared Governance through council involvement; foster professional growth and mentorship; ensure documentation accuracy; and maintain compliance with policies and standards.

Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; active RN license (single or multi-state); current BLS certification; ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professionalism; commitment to ongoing learning and quality improvement.
