Role Overview

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. The role involves participating in performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional competence, and supporting shared governance through involvement in councils or activities. An associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing is preferred. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and RN licensure (single-state or multi-state).
