Registered Nurse; RN - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and providers.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
• Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, and document assessments and interventions.
• Advocate for patients, addressing concerns, educating families, and promoting patient-centered care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship and professionalism.

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure; multi-state license or single-state RN license required.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (Basic Life Support) required at hire.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
