Role: Experienced Operating Room Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Responsibilities:
Perform nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, coordinate safe clinical care, and ensure adherence to evidence-based standards.
Promote evidence-based practice, research, and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
- Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Associate or Diploma Nursing degree required;
Bachelor's preferred. - Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
