Registered Nurse; RN - PRN

Role:

Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote optimal outcomes.
• Delivering safe, effective care according to policies, documenting assessments, care provided, and incidents.
• Acting as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and communicating with patients, families, and care team members.
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives, supporting change, and contributing to better patient and staff satisfaction.
• Mentoring peers, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining professional competence through ongoing development.

• Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).
• Required certifications: BLS and RN license (single or multi-state).
• Licenses and certifications must be current at hire.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
