Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care
• Document assessments, care provided, and incident reports
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate families
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development
• Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards in all duties

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS (all required upon hire)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality improvement and professional growth
