The Clinical Coordinator is a registered nurse responsible for providing leadership within a healthcare department, supporting quality patient care, compliance, and staff development.

- Collaborating with staff, physicians, and vendors to optimize clinical practices, facilitate staff onboarding and training, and lead performance improvement initiatives.
- Fostering open communication, professional nursing practice, and a safe environment.
- Managing resources efficiently, supporting change management, and participating in fiscal responsibility efforts.
- Serving as a subject matter expert, promoting teamwork, and working with leadership to enhance service quality, staff engagement, and organizational goals.
- Current RN license, strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities, with expertise in clinical standards and performance improvement.
