Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative team.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote outcomes and well-being.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating families, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.

Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; current RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required upon hire.

Key Duties: Deliver safe, effective patient care, coordinate care plans, communicate with patients and team members, participate in quality improvement, and support professional development and leadership activities.
