Role Overview

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, incorporate evidence-based practice, and adapt care to diverse populations. • Deliver individualized care using clinical standards and patient engagement methods.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and documentation to ensure safety and quality.
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and research initiatives.
• Support evidence-based practice, policy adherence, and data collection for quality improvement.
• Assist in developing protocols and optimizing resource use for optimal patient outcomes.

• Minimum of 1 year recent acute care nursing experience.
• Valid RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; BLS Instructor preferred.
