Role:

Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Provide quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans; serve as a frontline communicator between patients, families, and healthcare team; participate in performance improvement initiatives; maintain professional competence; support shared governance; monitor and evaluate patient conditions; ensure safe and effective care; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patients and address concerns; educate patients and families; collaborate with team members;

contribute to process improvements; mentor and support colleagues; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; commitment to professional growth; strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
