Role:
Regulatory Affairs Program Coordinator (RN) supports compliance and accreditation activities within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:- Assist with mock surveys, coordinate self-tracers, conduct process tracers, develop reports, and analyze findings.
- Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and staff to identify risks, develop corrective action plans, and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Conduct audits, review policies, provide education on regulations, and support survey preparations.
- RN license (compact or single-state)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Preference for CPHQ certification
- Minimum 2 years (required) or 5 years (preferred) clinical experience in acute care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, data management, and abstraction
- Strong clinical knowledge and collaboration skills are essential
- Maintain regulatory knowledge, interpret standards, assist with workflow and policy review, and support continuous compliance improvement.
- Perform tracers, audits, and documentation reviews to support accreditation processes and ensure quality standards are met.
