Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in Perioperative Care within a surgical unit.
Responsibilities include:- Providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care through the nursing process
- Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Practicing relationship-based, patient-centered care
- Participating in performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and research activities
- Supervising and mentoring staff and students
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policies
- Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience
- Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Associate or diploma nursing degree (bachelor’s preferred)
