Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg​/Burn

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, individualized patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive nursing assessments, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using evidence-based practices. Ensures relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families. Collaborates effectively with team members through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and shared governance. Supports performance improvement initiatives, promotes evidence-based practice and research, and participates in protocol development. Mentors and precepts colleagues, maintains professional competencies, and adheres to organizational policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and less than one year of clinical experience or completion of an accredited nursing program. Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to quality and safety are essential.
