Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Emergency Department

Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and execute evidence-based interventions. Partner with patients and families through effective communication, including bedside reports and teaching. Ensure documentation of care, promote teamwork, support performance improvement initiatives, and participate in research and evidence-based practices. Support resource management and develop protocols to improve patient outcomes. Uphold professional standards, policies, and ethical guidelines. Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS (all required upon hire)
• Minimum 5 years RN experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies
