Registered Nurse - Clinical Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote optimal outcomes.
• Delivering safe, effective care following policies and procedures.
• Monitoring patient conditions, documenting assessments, and communicating with care team members.
• Serving as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and providing health education.
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals.
• Mentoring and fostering growth among nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintaining professional licenses, certifications, and ongoing education.
• Supporting shared governance and adhering to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and quality improvement.
